Halimaw lang naman yung speaker dun sa huling seminar na ina-ttendan ko... na simplify niya ang concept ng immunology at ang nutrition in a very interesting way... although medyo dinugo ako sa english niya (in fairness ang lumnay niya magsalita)

(yey thanks, ngayon 58 CPE units na lang need ko hehehe)

Nutrition = fruits and vegetables

150 years ang maximun na age na kaya ng tao, but dahil sa kalagayan ngayon and some everything in between, napapaaga
(120 ang inassure niya with proper diet and nutritions)

kung 3x a day kumaen, at least 2 sa meal is vegetables

eat fruits before a meal, mas ma-a-absorb ang nutrients

oranges/citrus fruits are mas better kaysa sa vitamin C, uo nga naman panama naman ng man-made sa work of God

walking is the best excersise

well di naman niya inimpose na maging vegetarioan tayo, yung right amount lang daw ng meat and plenty of fruits and vegetables, remember the food pyramind... syenpre basic basic din

meat daw kasi is nagpapatanda sa ating immune system, our main body defense :D
